The Royal wedding has been the talk of the town recently. Accelerant Research surveyed 1,303 respondents to determine if they followed the royal wedding and about 60% claimed that they did follow the royal wedding coverage. The interest was lower (55%) in the 65+ age group. Overall, 48% of the people who followed the wedding did so on social media, but this number is highly skewed toward the younger generations. the numbers cascade from 77% (ages 18-34) ,56% (ages 35-54), 31% (ages 55-65) to just 19% ( ages 65+) .
